How to Accept BID in GIM Customer App

There are a numerous number of registered trucks in GIM which are moving throughout Bangladesh. As a result, if you create a trip you will receive BID Instantly. You can get more than one BID in a single trip. So, select a BID by checking the size of the truck and the amount of rent. Then, the truck will arrive at your address after receiving the BID.    

Also, don’t forget to check the truck and driver’s ratings when you select a BID. 

To Accept a BID, Follow the Steps Below: 

• Go to “My Trips” option
• Then go to the “BIDS RECEIVED” option
• You can see the total number of BIDs there
• To see the BIDs details press the BID number option 
• Now scroll down and press your convenient BID
• Check the BID information and press ACCEPT
• Then press YES and go to the BOOKED option to see your trip is being booked
